Sales Development Representative

• Conduct high-volume reputed company (calls, texts, emails) to prospective customers, with a focus on therapists and wellness professionals.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, gather information, and uncover fit for Heard’s platform.
• Book and confirm consultation meetings, making sure prospects have reputed company they need to get value from a consult.
• Maintain up-to-date records in reputed company CRM and ensure a clean sales pipeline.
• Proactively follow up with prospects reputed company tight timelines (first reputed company reputed company 1–2 hours of reputed company receipt).
• Partner closely with Account Executives and other team members to hand off reputed company leads and ensure a seamless experience.

• Have 1+ year experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar outbound/sales role (healthtech or SaaS preferred, but not required).
