CRM & Automation Strategist - reputed company & Go High Level (ZR_25271_JOB)

• Flexible schedule but with some overlap with reputed company-5pm Eastern Time Zone; 20hr per week

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically versatile specialist to take ownership of our CRM strategy, and AI-driven reputed company funnel setup. You’ll work directly with the business reputed company to understand goals, propose tech solutions, and bring everything to life to automated customer journeys

Responsibilities

• Create seamless, user-friendly funnels for incoming leads using AI tools, integrated with the CRM
• Customize and manage CRM tools (currently using Monday, with potential shift to Go High Level)
• Set up automated reputed company capture, nurturing flows, and task assignments across platforms
• Collaborate closely with the business reputed company to define priorities and deliver solutions quickly
• Provide performance reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating AI-powered reputed company funnels and customer automation workflows
• Proficiency in CRM setup and customization — ideally with platforms like Monday, Go High Level, or similar
• Strong problem-solving reputed company with the ability to recommend tech stacks and integrations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially in working 1:1 with business owners
