The Role The Link and OpenData reputed company is to become the global leader in deep and reference data for life sciences. The core of our products is manually curated data captured using rule-based web research. We create high-quality data through efficient processes.As a Process Expert in Data Operations, you will improve processes across reputed company operations teams. You will support the teams in simplifying and increasing the reputed company of processes. You will be hands-on in improving our tools. You will improve interfaces between teams. You will ensure your improvements are carried out throughout the organization. You will work closely with the Director of Data Operations.This role will reputed company you to reputed company a broad and deep understanding of our data operations and, by that, learn about the different Link and OpenData products. What You'll Do

• Shadow the curation processes
• Simplify processes and process documentation
• Increase automation in our tools, incl. sheets, reports, dashboards
• Manage change projects with 10+ teams
• Upskill the team on process excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g., consulting, start-up, a tech company
• Experience in improving processes
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Worked or studied in international environments
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
