As an Application Support Specialist, you will manage support cases, take customer calls, write documentation, and work with developers on new features and bug fixes.
Requirements
- Have superior customer centric focus with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries reputed company phone, video calls, ticketing system, and email.
- Identify, research and resolve application and technical issues reputed company to supported applications.
- Document, track and monitor issues in company provided application to ensure timely resolutions, meeting or exceeding customer SLAs.
