We are searching for a Customer-Facing DevOps Engineer who enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies and solving reputed company deployment challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform to streamline deployments and ensure reliability.

• Handle escalated support cases from internal support teams, serving as a subject matter expert for customer deployments.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve deployment-reputed company issues.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing DevOps, systems engineering, or a reputed company role.

• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying and managing CNCF-compliant environments.

• Strong knowledge of reputed company infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company) and hybrid reputed company deployments.
