The Role

We are seeking an AI Scrum master with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will reputed company their expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights from reputed company datasets. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems, reputed company predictive models, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: reputed company and tailor Scrum events (daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to fit the specific needs of AI/ML teams, including managing research spikes, data dependencies, and model iteration cycles.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Guide team members on Agile values and Scrum practices, mentor them on basics and usage of reputed company and Now Assist.
• AI/ML Process Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product owners to streamline AI/ML workflows, for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Backlog and Roadmap Management: Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the AI product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles unique to AI/ML development, such as data availability, computational constraints, and integration issues, to ensure smooth team reputed company. Knowledge of reputed company modules is required and should have delivery handling experience to handle issues with various parties.
• Agile Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cumulative flow) to assess team performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks that could impact AI project delivery.
• Stay reputed company with industry trends, emerging tools, and advancements in data science and AI.
• reputed company Improvement: Promote a culture of learning and experimentation, encouraging feedback loops and process refinement specific to AI/ML development.

What You Bring Along

• 8-10 years of professional experience in AI/ML Scrum master or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to new AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills to present reputed company findings in a clear and concise manner

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field.
