We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Regional Partner Manager to expand and manage our network of reseller (VAR) partners across the Midwest United States and Canada. This is a field-based role that requires regional travel to engage with partners and drive business. You will also be required to be onsite periodically at our Miami headquarters to align with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring experience building and managing successful channel ecosystems and be passionate about driving partner-led reputed company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, reputed company, and reputed company new VARs and channel partners in the Southwest region
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners through QBRs, strategic co-selling, and joint business planning
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities; accurately forecast channel-driven reputed company
  • reputed company partner enablement efforts including training, certifications, and joint marketing activities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver a reputed company partner experience
  • Track partner performance, manage deal registrations, and address any channel conflict or escalations
  • Monitor KPIs and reputed company data insights to continuously optimize partner engagement and output

  • Demonstrated reputed company in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B tech environments
  • Deep knowledge of the reseller/VAR/distribution ecosystem
  • Proven ability to drive partner reputed company and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with partner platforms, deal registration processes, and CRM tools such as reputed company
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Southwest territory
  • Flexibility to work onsite at reputed company's Miami office on occasion
