The Opportunity:

reputed company is redefining reputed company with a root-cause, functional approach to medicine—and we’re seeking a data-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth. This role owns reputed company inorganic growth channels—including performance marketing (paid social, paid search), SEO, and conversion reputed company optimization/CRO, plus leads the growth of our supplement store.

You’ll be responsible for developing high-impact campaigns, optimizing budgets, improving CAC, and reporting performance across acquisition channels. You’ll partner closely with the Member Marketing team to ensure end-to-end funnel reputed company, and be empowered to reputed company performance strategy, test and learn frameworks, and analytics tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid media (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• reputed company SEO strategy and roadmap, driving traffic growth and conversion

• Drive external agencies and freelancers across paid, SEO, and more

• Collaborate with member marketing, product marketing, and data & analytics to align on funnel, reputed company quality, messaging, and creative
• Launch new member acquisition campaigns and optimize existing ones through rigorous A/B testing
• Own attribution strategy and work with technical team to improve performance tracking

What You’ll Need:

• 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition roles, ideally both in DTC and reputed company
• Proven track record running multi-channel paid campaigns with clear CAC and ROAS goals
• Comfortable managing six-reputed company monthly budgets and reporting on every dollar spent
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Search Console, reputed company Ads, SEO tools (reputed company, reputed company), and attribution models
• Ecommerce experience

The starting salary for this role is between $119,000 / $140,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation reputed company the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. Individual compensation reputed company are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
