About The Role
The role focuses on reviewing reputed company and approving deals in line with the Plan of Records (POR) by ensuring compliance with sales booking policy. It involves managing month/quarter end reputed company activities, driving automation and SOX controls, and maintaining financial data accuracy. The position also includes publishing key reports. Additionally, it involves analyzing reputed company and sales data to provide insights to stakeholders.
What You´ll Do:
- Approve deals as per documented process in alignment with Plan of records.
- Review deal submissions in compliance with Sales booking policy.
- Support POR rejection queue and approve PORs.
- reputed company month-end reputed company activities with strict timelines & compliance adherence. This involves working with different stakeholders like Sales Operations Team, Regional FP&A teams, Pricing teams & Global leadership teams.
- Drive Automation and SOX controls for the process reputed company prescribed timelines.
- Ensure that financial data & systems are updated/reputed company to the business requirement.
- Drive the team for early adoption of automation and actively engage in process improvements.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Publish NSR reports after month/quarter end reputed company to reputed company regions in required format.
- Publish POR phasing reports with monthly phasing after every month/quarter end reputed company
- reputed company prescribed timelines.
- Support quarterly audit requirements on deal validation as per Sox controls.
- Conduct various analysis & deep dive of reputed company and sales data to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
- Candidates with MBA, CA Inter, ICWA Inter having relevant experience may also apply.
- 1-2 years of finance or reputed company experience
- reputed company knowledge for reporting
- Bilingual Spanish and English

Work Environment
- Remote position across México Country
- Working shifts: Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5 pm however, it is required to work Sat or Sun during Month/ Quarter end reputed company as per reputed company calendar
