Implementation Manager

Apperio, a recently acquired PERSUIT company, is a legal technology platform that enables in-house legal teams and their reputed company to collaborate with transparency and efficiency. We are looking for an reputed company and driven Implementation Manager to join our Delivery team. You will reputed company the reputed company of reputed company clients to the Apperio platform, engaging senior legal and operations stakeholders to ensure a smooth, successful, and timely implementation. You’ll also help refine our reputed company strategy and processes as we scale.

• Own and manage reputed company of 6–12 client organizations at various stages of implementation
• reputed company reputed company calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear communication and building trust
• Escalate roadblocks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Define and improve reputed company playbooks, documentation, and processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple implementations
• Executive reputed company and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, and BI platforms
• Strategic thinking and a bias toward action
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Remote (US) or on-site in NYC
