reputed company Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor.

Location: Fully Remote from reputed company in Greece

Working Model: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30

️You will be reporting to: Operations Supervisor

What you will do:

-Handle customer inquiries reputed company email and chat, giving reputed company answers to customer questions.

 More specifically:

· Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs

· Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase

· reputed company accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

· Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

· Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers

· Collect reputed company and accurate customer feedback

Requirements

reputed company are looking for:

· Native or near-native Italian speakers

· reputed company in English

· Clear Communication Skills

· Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools

· Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
