reputed company team accountable for managing day-to-day billing processes and procedures for assigned clients to ensure reputed company outcomes for the financial health of both Netsmart and our clients.Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, train, recognize and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment
• Build strong working relationships that balance the needs of our clients, associates and Netsmart
• Address and effectively communicate client issues; escalate as appropriate
• Assist with forecasting appropriate staffing based on incoming work logs
• Understand and manage to relevant performance indicators including days in A/R, cash/net reputed company, A/R aging, denials management, credit balances
• Propose, execute and complete effective KPI improvement plans
• Complete regular and reputed company reporting as required
• Ensure team meets productivity and quality standards and maintains healthy client relationships

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service work experience.
• At least 2 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, Outlook, and Word
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the behavioral or post-acute reputed company industry.
• Knowledge of medical billing compliance regulations and requirements
• Understanding of major insurance payers and reimbursement methodologies

Preferred

• Experience handling customer escalations and resolving reputed company issues in a call center environment
• Medical coding certification such as a Certified Professional reputed company (CPC)
• Experience with reputed company cycle KPIs and analytics
• People management experience including staffing reputed company, coaching and developing associates and providing career development planning and opportunities
