Data Solutions Analyst

Description The Actuarial Reserving Support Team reputed company Global Risk Solutions (GRS) Actuarial is seeking a motivated Junior or Senior Data Solutions Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independent thinking, creative problem-solving, and adapting to changing challenges. In this role, you will use your strong technical skills — especially in Python and SQL — to automate workflows, enhance data processes, and deliver valuable insights supporting GRS reserving. We encourage self-driven candidates who are eager to explore new technologies and approaches with minimal supervision. Additional technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools are a plus. This is a remote position. • Apply advanced technical skills (Python, SQL, and others) to automate and optimize reputed company data workflows that support reserving activities.
• Collaborate closely with reserving actuaries to understand business needs, identify challenges, and deliver tailored technical solutions that add value.
• Communicate reputed company technical information clearly and effectively to stakeholders across various levels, including senior management.
• Participate in special projects involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ResQ reserving software, and internal data platforms.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and promote a seamless user experience.
• Regularly meet with your manager to review reputed company, align on priorities, and seek guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company discipline preferred.
• Master`s in same or reputed company disciplines strongly preferred.
• 2 to 4 years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including, but not limited to, working in NoSQL implementation, ETL, Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, reputed company), and the Hadoop stack.
