• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation ability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (reputed company, Outlook); database experience preferred (e.g., reputed company Raiser’s Edge or Luminate).
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to recruit, manage, and motivate volunteers.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak seasons, including occasional nights or weekends.
