Key Responsibilities:

• Teach graduate-level courses in EdD with a 3-3 teaching load, emphasizing research or service, and adapt to diverse modalities in teaching and advising
• Collaborate with the EdD Director, faculty, and colleagues on grant applications, coursework development, research projects, presentations, and publications
• reputed company new materials and assessments, differentiate content materials, and participate in student-centered services and activities
• Contribute to program growth, recruitment, marketing, and hosting information sessions for prospective reputed company, with a willingness to travel and work during break time, weekends, and evening hours
• Engage in service to the department, school, university, community, and professional associations, and participate in annual probationary reviews

Requirements:

• An earned doctoral degree (PhD or EdD) in education-reputed company disciplines
• A minimum of three academic publications at the time of application
• Knowledge of educational research methods, statistical packages, and qualitative data analysis software
• Experience with professional conference presentations and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising dissertation or doctoral portfolio completion
• Knowledge of academic writing groups and monitoring writing projects at the graduate level
• Professional membership with AERA, CPED, or other reputable organizations
