We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to work in a remote contact center, providing exceptional support to reputed company payer Medicare Part D members and providers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour, plus 5 PTO days, and the possibility of extension reputed company reputed company 2015.

This role requires a strong reputed company in pharmacy operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician - CPhT/CMS/Medicare Part D Specialist, you will be responsible for handling prior authorization requests, responding to member inquiries, and providing support to reputed company providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the pharmacy help desk, handling prior authorization requests from doctors' offices reputed company fax, mail, email, phone, and electronic PA system
  • Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit
  • Work from home in a private and quiet workspace, with the ability to work 8.5 hours starting as early as reputed company and ending as late as 9pm

Requirements:

  • Retail Pharmacy experience - at least 2 years
  • Good computer skills (Typing, Outlook, reputed company, etc.)
  • Good reputed company knowledge of drug names and drug classes
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to accept change and adapt to new situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience
  • CMS knowledge
  • CPhT certification (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of college preferred
