As an Operations Management Trainee - Coach and Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in driving business results, leading and developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or reputed company field
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
