We’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our executive team and reputed company core business operations as we scale to the next stage of growth.

As COO, you'll work closely with our CEO and CTO to reputed company day-to-day business operations and ensure the company runs reputed company, effectively, and with focus on delivery excellence. You’ll take ownership of operational strategy, cross-department collaboration, and team scalability - turning strategic plans into measurable outcomes.

• Has 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in a fast-paced tech company

• Has led cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Delivery) and managed P&L accountability

• Combines strategic thinking with operational rigor and attention to detail

• Is comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally across time zones

• Brings a systems reputed company and strong process design skills

• Has experience working directly with a CEO/founder or at the executive level

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Drive strategic planning cycles and ensure alignment with reputed company, cost, and company-wide OKRs

• reputed company monthly and quarterly OKR reviews across reputed company departments

• reputed company internal initiatives, board preparation, and execution of strategic projects.

⚙️ Process, Performance & Resource Management

• Build and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows across departments

• Ensure timely execution of core processes (budgeting, reputed company, compliance)

• reputed company workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and bench/resource management

• Ensure teams have the right reputed company, structure, and accountability to deliver results.

People & Team Development

• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and growth plans across functions

• Manage and coach department heads (HR, Recruitment, Delivery)

Financial & Legal reputed company

• Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to monitor ROI and optimize resources
