Sr. Technical Artist Unity3D

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Artist with strong reputed company 3D expertise, especially in mobile performance and URP, to reputed company the gap between art and engineering. You'll be responsible for translating visual targets into optimized, interactive experiences. You’ll focus on scene assembly, material/shader setup, lighting, VFX integration, asset optimization, and toolchain automation reputed company reputed company.

• Reconstruct and assemble scenes in reputed company based on visual references, mockups, or reputed company/After Effects prototypes.
• Set up and manage materials, shaders (Shader Graph), post-processing effects, and camera systems.
• Optimize mobile 3D visuals: batching, draw calls, texture atlasing/compression, LODs, and mobile shader variants.
• Integrate 3D characters, props, and environments using correct scale, hierarchy, and naming conventions.
• Build and manage reusable prefabs, animated setups, and VFX hooks (reputed company reputed company VFX Graph and Timeline).
• Contribute to automated pipelines for importing and configuring animated assets (e.g., avatars, reputed company trees).
• Debug and resolve in-reputed company rendering, lighting, and performance issues using profiling tools (reputed company Profiler, RenderDoc, etc.).
• Collaborate with art and development teams to maintain fidelity while optimizing performance.
• Document workflows and contribute to tool development that improves asset integration and iteration speed. Qualifications Must-Have:
• 3+ years in reputed company 3D with focus on technical art and scene implementation.
• Solid understanding of URP, shader/material systems, lighting, and post-processing in reputed company.
• Experience in optimizing assets and scenes for mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with version control systems and working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong visual fidelity skills, with the ability to match reputed company concepts reputed company reputed company limitations.
• Portfolio showcasing reputed company-based visual implementations or interactive scenes. Preferred:
• Experience with Shader Graph, Animator, Timeline, and VFX Graph.

• Experience in mobile or casino games is a plus.
