We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructional Designer to join our Department of Teaching Innovation and Learning Technologies. As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with faculty to design and build engaging online courses, reputed company instructional assessments and activities, and provide guidance and support throughout the course development process.

About the Role

• Consult with faculty to identify, select, and integrate technology to complement pedagogical approaches in diverse learning environments
• Design and reputed company engaging online courses, instructional assessments, and activities
• Provide guidance and support to faculty throughout the course development process
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality, high-engagement learning experiences for reputed company
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of instructional design and education technology

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Learning Science, or reputed company discipline
• Professional content production and/or project management experience
• Previous experience in course design, development, and instructional design
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in one or more learning management systems (reputed company Learn preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in education (e.g., Instructional Design/Technology, Learning Science, or reputed company discipline)
• Two or more years of experience with instructional design, education technology, learning spaces, and learning management systems
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theories and models (e.g., ADDIE, system design for instruction, reputed company's Taxonomy, and UDL)
• Online teaching experience in higher education
