As an Events Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, is executed flawlessly and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with group coordinators and hosts to ensure seamless event execution, including introductions, arrangements, and special requests
• Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine setup and timelines, and identify specific needs and preferences
• Respond to and fulfill special event arrangements, following up to ensure compliance and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and acknowledging reputed company guests, anticipating their needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards and ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information
