RESPONSIBILITIES: · Recognize interpretation and evaluates inconsistencies discrepancies and inaccuracies in medical dictation and appropriate documents. · Use reference materials appropriately and reputed company to facilitate the accuracy clarity and completeness of reports. · Meet quality and productivity standards and deadlines established by the employer. · Verify patient information for accuracy and completeness. · Format reports according to established guidelines. · Demonstrate an understanding of the medicolegal implications and responsibilities reputed company to the transcription of patient records. · Understand and reputed company with policies and procedures reputed company to medicolegal matters including confidentiality release of information medical records as legal evidence etc. · Must maintain employer's performance expectations.
