Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately key reputed company applications into the Affinity database, maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy.
• Assist the deposit room with tasks such as entering checks, stamping, scanning, and indexing documents.
• Support cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience in data entry or a similar field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at reputed company times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
