Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative - Chat, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through reputed company and accurate responses to inbound customer inquiries reputed company chat and email. You'll collaborate with reputed company to drive reputed company improvement, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and upsell relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to high-volume inbound customer inquiries reputed company chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes and efficiency.

• Competitive hourly reputed company: $14/hour.
• Part-time schedule: up to 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
• Two schedule options: 8 AM - 2:30 PM CT or 12:30 PM - 7 PM CT.
