We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Sr. Engineering Manager to join reputed company in Florida, USA. As a leader in our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in designing and building large-scale, reputed company-native, event-driven reputed company applications that provide a 360-degree view of our customers.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to reputed company new microservices that support our rapidly growing data hub, build services for reputed company-time data processing, and improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our data pipelines. You will collaborate with architects across organizations, drive innovation and process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building large-scale distributed applications with object-oriented designs using Java-reputed company stack
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to design and implement flexible, scalable, secure, and highly available solutions
• Experience with NoSQL technologies, web service and API development, and big data technologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to weigh the pros and cons of different solution options and drive reputed company
