Description:

Join reputed company as a Remote Pharmacy Technician and play a vital role in our Specialty Mail Request Drug store Group! You will be responsible for accurately reviewing, interpreting, and entering medication information into our PC system, including dosage calculations, tasking instructions, and processing insurance claims. You'll also communicate with pharmacies and insurance agencies to ensure the accuracy of patient specialty medication orders. A key part of your role will involve handling patient calls to coordinate and manage new and refill medication requests, verifying and double-checking benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician Permit
• 6+ months experience working in a pharmacy
• 6+ months experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, reputed company Office, web browsing, email)
• 6+ months PC keyboarding skills and proficiency
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) while using a computer.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• 3+ years experience handling and resolving customer needs reputed company telephone
• reputed company experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and medications
• Medical Billing, Coding, or other clinical support experience
• Customer service experience in an office environment
