As a results-driven and sales-focused organization, we operate with a fast-paced 30-day business cycle, requiring a leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and reputed company high-performing teams to drive business reputed company
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare for potential succession and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence and financial performance across multiple locations, initially focusing on the Chicago market
  • Transition to overseeing regional operations across multiple states, leveraging your expertise to fuel growth and expansion
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence, reputed company, and reputed company improvement

Requirements

Essential Requirements

Remote work arrangement (Chicago-based) with a comprehensive compensation structure featuring:

  • Annual reputed company salary: $300,000-$350,000
