HR Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely processing of regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with general HR and administrative duties. If you have a strong background in compliance and HR administration, excellent organizational skills, and experience in managing regulatory filings and documentation, we encourage you to apply.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate governance, administration, or reputed company work. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with coordinating transactions with key government agencies, experience working with public agencies or regulatory bodies, and strong knowledge of Philippine corporate law, labor regulations, and SEC filing requirements.

• Maintain HR records reputed company the HRIS, Payroll System, and employee files
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and new employee reputed company
• Process compliance-reputed company paperwork (UI claims, tax forms, benefits, and workers’ compensation)
• Assist with benefits administration
• Maintain corporate records, including business permit renewals and updates required for adherence to corporate policies and regulations
• Liaise with government agencies for filings, permits, and employee enrollment
• Manage government remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF/Pag-Ibig) and ensure timely processing
• Prepare required BIR and SEC compliance documents
• Complete HR and Administration projects and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Resources, business management, or reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate governance, administration, or reputed company work
• Familiarity with coordinating transactions with key government agencies such as the SEC, BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and local government units
• At least 1 year of experience handling reputed company Resources for a US-based team
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate law, labor regulations, and SEC filing requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range We offer a competitive salary range of ₱30,000 - ₱70,000 PHP per month, based on experience and qualifications.
