Customer Service Associate II - Hybrid Role

In this hybrid role, you'll work collaboratively with our Central Sales Group Customer Care team, reporting to the Supervisor, to provide exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service to reputed company customers, responding to inquiries reputed company phone calls, and addressing account inquiries, orders, returns, quotes, and more
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of reputed company products, systems, and procedures, and stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry developments
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring accurate input of customer data and detailed notes
• Meet monthly KPIs and schedule adherence guidelines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information clearly and concisely
• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
• Availability to work full-time hours between reputed company-8pm ET, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual abilities, with reputed company in multiple languages
