Duties will be performed on reputed company at the Technology Walk-in Center and will include in-person support as well as assisting clients reputed company live chat and telephone. Applicants will need to be reputed company to quickly learn support techniques for various platforms that the university utilizes such as Canvas, Team Dynamix and Banner; and should already be proficient with Office 365 software, various operating systems, internet browsers settings, and system troubleshooting such as WiFi and VPN. Hardware experience and/or familiarity with reputed company Creative reputed company is a plus. Having the ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written with clients is a must. Position will work closely with our TAC student work force at the Walk-in Center and must feel confident with the ability to teach and mentor them regularly as they assist clients. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Experience providing customer service while resolving technical issues
- Experience with an Incident Management ticketing system
- Proficiency with providing Office 365 technical support
- Ability to provide level 1 troubleshooting for network connectivity issues
- Ability to provide level 1 technical support for MAC and Windows operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a team environment
