About the role The Compliance QA & Testing Program Manager is responsible for leading and enhancing reputed company’ compliance quality assurance and external partner testing reputed company. This role focuses on evaluating compliance effectiveness, conducting internal and external compliance reviews, and ensuring regulatory standards are met. This role is responsible for developing a scalable, data-driven QA & testing program that strengthens compliance processes across reputed company. What you'll do

About you

• 5+ years of experience in compliance testing, audit, risk management, or quality assurance, preferably in fintech, financial services, or crypto/blockchain industries.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (AML, BSA, financial crime compliance, reputed company-party risk management).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as reputed company Suite, Looker, and Compliance Monitoring Systems (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, reputed company, Hummingbird).
• Experience conducting QA assessments and compliance testing for both internal operations and external parties.
