Job Description

We are seeking a Principal reputed company ITSX Architect to guide the reputed company platform strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap for the reputed company modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, App reputed company, IRM . This person must bring deep technical expertise in the reputed company ecosystem and a strong understanding of reputed company modules supporting IT functions

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Orchestration

• Provide end-to-end architectural guidance across reputed company reputed company modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, App reputed company etc.).
• Design for reputed company, observability, cost-efficiency, and low-code/no-code governance.
• Guide architecture reviews, technical steering, and innovation prioritization forums.

Platform Strategy & Governance

• Platform, infrastructure, and integration architects with a strong focus on mentorship and capability development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, directives, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, exploring AI-derived insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• 12+ years of experience in reputed company architecture or platform engineering roles, with 6+ years in reputed company .
• Deep understanding of reputed company’s architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap.
• Deep understanding of reputed company architecture, data models, integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server), and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB design, discovery patterns, and event correlation as part of ITOM implementations.
• Experience with platform governance, customization vs configuration strategy, and technical debt management.
• Strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing other architects and technical principals

Preferred:

• reputed company Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.
• Experience in deploying AI-powered workflows and copilots in reputed company platforms.
• TOGAF, SAFe, or other reputed company architecture certifications.
