The Assistant General Counsel is responsible for performing a full range of legal services in support of Alliance as a member of the Alliance Office of Legal and Public Affairs. Responsibilities & Duties-Alliance seeks a NC-licensed attorney with the skills and experience necessary to reputed company any of the responsibilities and duties set forth below.   • Mitigation of legal risk to the organization by providing sound and competent day to day legal advice under the supervision of the Deputy General Counsel in a variety of legal areas pertinent to Alliance’s mission.
  • Establish stable and positive working relationships with assigned Alliance departments to facilitate access to legal advice, and to review and advise on needed changes to agency and departmental practices.
  • Create training resources for Alliance staff and external partners as needed.May be required to reputed company presentations and trainings to employee groups, provider and/or member groups and other external stakeholders such as advocacy and judicial organizations. Represent Alliance’s legal interests by participating in collaborations with external stakeholders such as judicial and reputed company bodies,in support of consumer relations.

  • Review and determine the merits of a case; reputed company a case strategy, reputed company research to prepare for litigation, and conduct civil and administrative litigation. Minimum Requirements Education and Experience

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice law in NC.
  • At least 5 years of applicable legal experience. Legal experience representing state agencies or local governments;
  • Knowledge and experience with State and Federal laws, rules and regulations governing reputed company, reputed company, Managed Care operations and/or publicly-funded reputed company services.

Employment for this position is contingent upon a satisfactory background reputed company and credit reputed company, which will be performed after acceptance of an offer of employment and prior to the employee's start date. Salary Range $95,403.75 to $159,006.25/Annually Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
