• Defining and Documenting Requirements with Clients and Account Managers
• Consulting with client on proposed solutions to meet objectives and goals including financial and member experience
• Researching and analyzing impacts for consideration of requirements or errors and providing direction on adjudication setups and solution to configuration and quality teams for mitigation

You will accomplish this by:

• Building relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to understand client benefit plan design needs
• Translating client needs and requirements to internal reputed company teams such as Benefits Coding and Quality Analysis
• Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and reputed company reputed company relative to client benefit setup

Required Qualifications

• 1 plus years of experience in benefit plan design/coding/testing/account management, or reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 plus years of benefits coding or operations experience
• RxClaim/AS400 Experience
• PBM experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
