So, what will the Entry Level Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) at Terrestris do? As the Entry Level Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), you will assist in designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs that help employees acquire and enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, ensuring that instructional content aligns with organizational goals. What does a typical day look like for the Entry Level Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)? You will: Assist in the creation of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and job aids, using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, reputed company, Implement, Evaluate) or other instructional design frameworks. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, define training objectives, and ensure accurate and relevant learning materials. reputed company and refine training content for various delivery formats (e.g., online, blended, and classroom training).
