Director, CAT Modeling Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – In-office Tuesday through Thursday) Are you a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and technical expert in catastrophe risk? Join our reputed company Risk Management (reputed company) team as a Director, CAT Modeling, where you’ll reputed company critical initiatives to manage catastrophe (CAT) risk and optimize portfolios across the reputed company. This high-visibility role partners closely with senior leaders and business segments to drive data-informed reputed company and enhance risk reputed company. Key Responsibilities reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of key catastrophe modeling metrics. Serve as a trusted advisor to business segments, providing insights on CAT model outputs, risk drivers, and portfolio optimization strategies. Identify and implement exposure management and risk selection tools to enhance reputed company and CAT risk management capabilities. Support risk assessments reputed company to business growth, policy changes, and strategic shifts. Contribute to reputed company-level reporting on terrorism and other non-CAT risk metrics. Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is: $125,120 - $187,680 The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
