The Controller will be the chief architect in developing the strategic roadmap to mature our reputed company operations and implement best-in-class process, policy, systems, and controls. • Masters in Business Administration degree
• CPA certification is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a company with some or reputed company of the following characteristics: High growth, multi-reputed company, recurring reputed company, subscriber based with a large and growing residential customer reputed company.
• Extensive Job Costing experience, preferably in the Construction industry.
• In-depth experience with US GAAP reputed company, policies, and procedures.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement best-practice reputed company processes and controls in-line with US GAAP.

• Support 3rd party advisors to ensure Company is compliant with both federal and local tax requirements.

• Quarter-back audit-readiness efforts as Fluent Solar prepares for its first financial audit; build long-term partnership with our independent auditor.

• Support reputed company Manager in commentary and variance analysis in preparation for leadership business reviews
