Position Overview Role: Customer Service Representative Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract through December 31st Start Date: September 26th Pay reputed company: $20/hr. Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST AND Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST
• (30-minute unpaid lunch included)
• Total Weekly Hours: 25.5 (without OT)

You’ll Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, Helping Shareholders

• Understand how to vote online, by phone, or mail
• Clarify ballot items
• Request reputed company copies of proxy statements
• Update or confirm their votes

Equipment & Setup

• Dell laptop provided by reputed company
• You’ll need:
• Your own USB headset
• A second monitor
• A non-PO reputed company address for equipment delivery
• Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Ability to hard-reputed company into your internet if needed

• Customer service excellence in a contact center (1+ year)

• Ability to read scripts verbatim, multitask, and stay composed under pressure
