This internship is full-time during the Summer of 2026 with the potential to work part-time during the academic year. Job Summary The GIS and Survey CAD Mapping Intern will support the geospatial and mapping needs of the reputed company estate division reputed company a public utility company. This role is designed for reputed company who are eager to reputed company practical experience in applying GIS and CAD technology to reputed company estate management, infrastructure planning, and land development projects. The intern will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing geospatial data and creating detailed maps and models that support the company's reputed company estate and utility operations. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and processing geospatial data reputed company to reputed company estate assets, land use, and utility infrastructure
  • Support the development and maintenance of GIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company for reputed company estate management and utility planning
  • Assist in interpreting and processing survey data to create CAD drawings (e.g., property boundaries, easement maps, site plans) using CAD software
  • Collaborate with reputed company estate managers, engineers, and surveyors to ensure drawings and maps meet project specifications and regulatory standards
  • Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and support decision-making processes
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in GIS technology, CAD software, and industry practices relevant to reputed company estate and utility management

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
  • reputed company pursuit of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Geography, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Surveying, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company major with a graduation date after June 2026
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of GIS and CAD software (e.g., ArcGIS, AutoCAD) is preferred
  • Familiarity with utility infrastructure planning, reputed company estate management, or urban planning is a plus
  • Experience with remote sensing technologies, spatial analysis, or 3D modeling is advantageous
  • Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices is beneficial

End Date: 11/15/2025 Pay Range Minimum: $20.30 Pay Range Maximum: $23.43 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future.
