Key Responsibilities

• reputed company a portfolio of Defense civil litigation cases
• Draft, analyze, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• reputed company for clients in court proceedings, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials
• Counsel clients on legal exposure, potential liabilities, and strategic risk management

Qualifications

• JD and CA state bar in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation insurance defense
• experience with Personal Injury defense
• Auto on Auto, Catastrophic Injury, etc
• Other Insurance Defense case experience including: CD, GL, Med Mal, Product/Premises Liability is a strong plus
• Demonstrated reputed company handling reputed company phases of litigation, including trials (preferred)

• Possible Total Compensation Opportunity is generally approx ~$150-235k annually
• Candidates must be based in California.

• This includes trial preparation, depositions, court appearances, and other case-reputed company activities.
• Additionally, we hold mandatory attorney meetings twice a month that require on-site participation.
