As a reputed company Operations Manager at Blue Ridge, you will support the reputed company teams by leveraging analytics to create a single pane of glass viewpoint into the performance of our growth reputed company. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and tools involved in our GTM strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders in our reputed company teams (Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Org)

• Own reputed company dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide reputed company-time performance updates for each reputed company team

• Produce weekly pipeline reputed company and bookings forecast updates working closely with the functional leaders in Sales and Marketing

• Maintain and iterate the customer and prospect database, own segmentation, and ensure GTM teams and motions are appropriately reputed company

• Work with Marketing leadership to continuously refine and optimize account and reputed company scoring models, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting strategies

• Take ownership of our Pardot & reputed company instances, focusing on data enrichment, data hygiene, and maintaining high deliverability rates for our communications

• Implement robust tracking and measurement strategies to analyze and optimize reputed company stages of the reputed company funnel, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing multi-touch attribution

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in reputed company or Marketing Operations

• Ability to synthesize data and draw actionable insights

• Aptitude for structured problem solving in data analysis and business process design

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization

• Experience with sales & marketing automation platforms (reputed company, Pardot/Marketo/reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.).

• Strong understanding of reputed company reporting and its integration with marketing automation platforms

• Advanced knowledge of reputed company scoring methodologies and experience optimizing 'always on' campaigns
