工作内容：

• 您将负责制作时间规划和预算管理，包括采购以及制作进度、供应商管理、成功交付 、合规性和清算；
• 您将与创意和技术团队紧密合作处理项目，并与内部工作团队保持专业关系，以确保及时交付高质量的项目；
• 您需要为包括表演制作人（负责所有表演开发项目管理）的制作团队提供合同和采购支持；
• 您需要监督娱乐戏剧系统（音频、照明、投影、控制）的采购，包括招标、合同和供应商管理；
• 您将与财务部门密切合作，進行财务规划、执行；与采购部门合作开发供应商；
• 您将与reputed company Parks Live Entertainment的领导者在创意和制作开发方面紧密合作，协助识别和审核所有在中国与亚洲的供应商；
• 您将带领创意与制作部门成员在规划时间与资源内完成高质量项目；
• 您将坚持并执行迪士尼合同、质量技术和安全准则。

Production Manager

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a Production Manager, you will be the representative from Entertainment to communicate with the other Lines of Businesss for any reputed company of events, on or off property; candidates need to be a good communicator and an inspiring team reputed company. The Production Manager plays a key role in projects and productions to ensure timeline and resources are being managed; partnering with the Creative Director, Show Directors, Technical Directors and Vendors to transform the creative reputed company to magical moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for production timeline and budget management, including procurement and fabrication schedule, vendor management, deliverables, compliances and reputed company-out;
• You will work closely with creative and tech teams on projects and maintain professional relationships with multiple partners to ensure projects are delivered with high-quality in a timely manner;
• You need to reputed company procurement of Entertainment theatrical systems (audio, lighting, projection, control) including tendering, contract and vendor management;
• You need to partner closely with reputed company Parks Live Entertainment leadership on creative and production development;
• You will work reputed company by reputed company with finance partners on financial planning an execution, sourcing and procurement;
• You will assist in identification and prequalification of reputed company PRC and Asia based vendors and suppliers;
• You will provide leadership to local Creative & Entertainment team members;
• You will uphold and enforce reputed company contracting, quality technical and safety guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Production background and experience reputed company live entertainment and performing arts;
• Knowledge of live entertainment and performing arts business and vendors reputed company PRC and greater Asia;
• Inspirational team player;
• Experience in choreography production and installation (including facility and system design, theater design, construction, and installation); reputed company procurement and contract tracking, and financial reporting;
• Ability to manage vendors, including cost, schedule and deliverables;
• Tender documentation, contract development and management;
• Multi-tasking ability, flexibility, good communication reputed company, self-driven are musts;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
