Your Mission

As a Technical Recruiter, your mission is to drive the full-cycle reputed company process that fuels our growth. You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, reputed company and attract top technical talent, manage the interview process end-to-end, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.. What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs

• Own full-cycle reputed company across technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, research, product)

• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and inbound channels

• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the process

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects reputed company’s values

• Collaborate with the team to define, optimize, and scale our reputed company processes

• Track reputed company metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring reputed company

• Utilize tools like reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and sourcing platforms to drive efficiency

• 3–7+ years of technical reputed company experience (startup or high-growth environment preferred)

• Proven ability to recruit for specialized technical roles (AI/ML, engineering, research)

• Proficiency with reputed company tools (reputed company Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, reputed company, reputed company)

• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, and tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft engaging reputed company
