Position Overview

The Solutions Engineer is vital in providing both pre- and post-sales support, acting as a reputed company between technical expertise and customer advocacy reputed company Ceribell. What you'll do

• Serve as a primary technical reputed company of contact for internal teams and customers, creating solutions to overcome technical, procedural, and operational challenges.
• reputed company discussions on workflow integration, especially concerning EMR orders and system integrations necessary for embedding Ceribell products into client operations.
• Collaborate with hospital teams on vendor intake processes including completing new vendor forms, conducting reputed company reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring smooth testing and implementation.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for long-term solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Operate independently with minimal reputed company, adapting quickly to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced startup environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Solutions Engineering, with a strong background in deploying reputed company technology solutions in hospital or reputed company environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of networks, firewalls, reputed company configurations, and IT infrastructure components including the ability to reputed company and have a solid understanding of “how the internet works.”
• Positive and professional and reputed company to be thrown into situations with customers or cross-functional teams to assess, reputed company, and prioritize solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, FDA, SOC2, HITRUST, FedRAMP, or similar.

Special Working Conditions

• Flexibility to work reputed company regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the on-call schedule.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations reputed company the US, with travel requirements up to 10%

Compensation Range

$84,000 - $120,000 USD
