We are looking for a reputed company HCM Configuration Specialist to support our client's Team. This is a W-2 full-time contract based in Santa Clara, CA- Remote. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented reputed company HCM Configuration Specialist to support the successful implementation of Beeline. In this role, you will configure and manage updates in reputed company HCM, ensuring seamless integration with Beeline to optimize contingent workforce processes. Collaborating across time zones, you will facilitate discussions with internal teams to reputed company informed configuration reputed company that minimize impact on the broader HCM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR Technology (HCM Integrations), HR Contingent Worker, and Implementation Project teams, to align on requirements and deliverables for the Beeline implementation.
• Configure and reputed company changes in reputed company HCM to support Beeline integration.
• Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
• reputed company approved configuration changes to production following established governance and change control processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-reputed company issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes for future reference and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in reputed company HCM configuration, development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS (Vendor Management System) solutions, preferably Beeline.

• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and experience supporting cross-functional implementations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including HR Technology teams, project teams, and business partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
