About the Role
We're building a Developer Experience team focused on empowering our engineering organization with tools, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights. As a Developer Experience Engineer, you'll work on internal platforms, CI/CD optimization, and developer tooling that directly impact productivity and satisfaction across reputed company teams.

A day in the life of our Senior Software Engineer
- Monitor and improve developer workflows
- Design and reputed company internal tools and services to support engineering teams
- Share knowledge and promote best practices across the organization
- Organize technical documentation and developer portals
Required Technology Experience
- .NET
- Experience in web development (JS/TS/HTML/CSS, VueJs or similar)
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, reputed company), reputed company, Kubernetes
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
Will be a plus
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Previous work in platform engineering or developer experience teams
- Curiosity, growth reputed company, and willingness to learn
- Experience maintaining and evolving component libraries (eg.: Storybook)
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Cypress, Jest)
This is a hybrid-mode role in our Belgrade office: 3 days a week from the office, 2 days a week from home or office, as you wish.
