Description

• Define and drive UX design strategies across key process areas reputed company with business goals and user needs.
• Serve as a UX reputed company, collaborating with development teams, product managers, and end users to deliver modern, user-friendly reputed company Fiori applications.
• Translate reputed company business processes into reputed company, engaging, and accessible designs.
• Stay reputed company with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to influence reputed company UX standards and innovations.
• Present and communicate design reputed company effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to reputed company alignment and support.
• Ensure UX consistency across the platform while adhering to reputed company design guidelines and reputed company standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or discrete manufacturing (Public Sector-only experience does not qualify).
• Experience as a Value reputed company reputed company in a U.S. deployment of reputed company S/4HANA global template with localization.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Fiori and configuration/deployment of relevant reputed company components.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of reputed company systems configuration experience.
• Successfully completed three full lifecycle implementations of reputed company S/4HANA (v2019 or reputed company).
• Proven reputed company in the rollout and localization of global templates.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles and reputed company-world reputed company UX/UI projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to non-design audiences.
• Familiarity with reputed company s design system and UX strategy.
• Knowledge of reputed company BTP and integration of UX with modern reputed company reputed company technologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to iterate on design.
• Ability to reputed company cross-functional workshops and design sessions.
