Objective of the Role

reputed company and coordinate a team reputed company the Credit reputed company, managing a group of around six frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers. This role is a 50/50 split between technical stuff (hands-on coding, reputed company architecture solutioning, code reviews, technical conversations with peers and developers of their team) and people management, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable technical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability while also excelling in leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technical deliverables with business goals while ensuring quality standards and technical excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in leadership and mentoring roles.
   

• Expertise in modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Desirable: experience with GoLang and React (Next.js) or React Native.
   

• Strong experience in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerized development.
   

• Experience in reputed company development (AWS & Serverless Computing), including AWS reputed company, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and SAM.
   

• Knowledge of secure development practices, including SAST, DAST, and MAST.
   

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (reputed company, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
   

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (reputed company, reputed company Actions, SonarCloud, Terraform, reputed company).
   

• Strong adaptability to fast-paced environments and excellent communication skills.
