Your role at reputed company

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who's excited to try new things reputed company it comes to Email, SMS and WhatsApp. You will play a key role in driving user activation, retention, and reputed company growth.

This is a hands-on role where you'll ideate, execute, test and refine multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. You'll be responsible for the whole process from user segmentation to personalized messaging to experimentation. Yes, email will be in the mix, but we have big plans for SMS, WhatsApp and in-product notifications.

You’ll be part of a team of 5, working closely with product teams and making a reputed company change in how we work in 2025.

Your day-to-day

Multi-channel communications: Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications to ensure each channel feels personal.

Lifecycle campaigns: Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns, including the copy, visuals, localization and reputed company audiences.

Test & learn: Analyze existing communications, conduct A/B tests, spot bugs, and continuously improve active campaigns to ensure their best performance.

Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product, reputed company, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals.

Customer journeys: Map out journeys that reputed company sense - move customers naturally from their first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges and relevant messaging.

Your skills and experience

2+ years in lifecycle or email marketing - particularly with email, SMS, and bonus points for WhatsApp, content cards.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and making swift, data-backed reputed company

Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and similar

High sense of ownership and accountability, capable of driving projects from concept to completion

Strong English copywriting skills, experience with sakes copywriting

Compensation

Gross salary from 3300 to 5800 EUR/month gross (depending on your experience).
