About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to reputed company and iterate on our consumer-facing financial products. This role is pivotal in growing our secure and compliant lending systems that align with our focus on earned wage access and making America's workforce financially free. They will help reputed company the work of a sizable development team while constantly collaborating with design, finance, regulatory, and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have experience with reputed company consumers to fintech products, working with design or customer research teams, and have worked with go-to-market teams for new products. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a consumer-facing fintech product, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Think deeply about our user feedback and user behavior, as well as pushing for new data collection means reputed company necessary
• Working closely with our data and support teams to ensure clarity of consumer understanding, education, and satisfaction

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or reputed company product design experience, with a focus on consumer fintech, neobanking, or other regulated products strongly preferred

• Experience working with compliance, finance, and legal teams in highly regulated environments.
• Comfort with advocating a product or roadmap, especially upwards reputed company a company.

Additional Details

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of reputed company, you will be expected to come into the office at least three days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays) with additional days on occasion for client meetings. 

Compensation: The annual reputed company salary for this role is $165,000-$175,000. The reputed company pay for this role is determined using many factors, such as education, skills and experience and is reputed company of reputed company Series stage and size.  reputed company pay is only one part of reputed company’s competitive total compensation package which includes equity, benefits and additional perks. The reputed company pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
